Your Dietitian Bestie
I started my career in the world of fashion, spending over fifteen years surrounded by the impossible beauty standards so many of us grew up believing we had to meet. Over time, I saw firsthand how those expectations affected women, and how they shaped our relationships with food, our bodies, and ourselves. After I got pregnant with my first daughter, I felt called to step away and create something that supported women, rather than pressured them. I wanted to break generational cycles, model self-acceptance for my children, and build a life centered on nourishment rather than deprivation.
That path led me to Teachers College at Columbia University, where I completed my master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and earned my RDN credential. Today, I blend my background in fashion, movement as a former Pilates instructor, and science, to bring women a refreshingly real approach to wellness.
My passion lies in helping busy women, especially moms, ditch diet culture, heal their relationship with food, and create sustainable habits that actually fit into real life. I focus on longevity, strength, energy, and confidence so you can feel good now and set yourself up for years of thriving.
Here, you’ll find guidance that is approachable, anti-diet, flexible, and rooted in real life. Fewer rules and restriction, more clarity, confidence, and things that actually work. My goal is to make wellness feel doable, personal, and empowering, and to give you simple tools you can weave into your day without adding to your mental load.
Because every woman deserves a dietitian bestie in her corner.
And I’m so glad you’re here.
xoxo,
