How I Work
Working together is collaborative, personalized, and rooted in real life, not rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans.
We begin with a free 20-minute consultation where we talk through your goals, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to change. This is a pressure-free space to make sure we’re a good fit and to explore what kind of support will feel most helpful for you.
From there, we create a plan that meets you where you are. Depending on your needs, this may include:
Nutrition strategies that support hormones, fertility, gut health, energy and longevity
Guidance around weight changes, if that’s part of your goal, in a healthy, sustainable, non-extreme way
Meal and snack ideas that work for busy days and real schedules
Support in building consistency without perfection or guilt
Counseling rooted in sustainable behavior change
I don’t believe in strict meal plans, elimination-heavy protocols, or all-or-nothing approaches. Instead, we focus on habits that feel doable, flexible, and supportive long-term. The kind that fit into your life instead of taking it over.
Most clients start with personalized 1:1 packages, which can range from short-term intensives to ongoing support, weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your goals and the level of guidance you’re looking for. Investment varies based on the length and structure of care, and we’ll talk through options together during your consultation. I offer:
Jumpstart: A short term package for people who want help getting started but aren’t ready for a full commitment. Ideal if you aren’t sure where to start, or are feeling stuck. Here we can address immediate concerns and determine next steps or the potential for on-going care. Great if:
Core Reset: 12 weeks of individualized nutrition support to rebuild your foundation and create sustainable change, with either weekly or bi-weekly support available.
Concierge: On-going, high-touch nutrition support with deeper care for issues like gut healing, fertility, hormones, or long-term lifestyle changes and healing past food/nutrition traumas with continuity and accountability. Weekly or bi-weekly support available.
